Sparkling Rose

The grapes for this Savoie sparkling Rose are grown just over an hour from Saint Martin de belleville. It is produced using the traditional methods of the region. Subtly sparkling, the light colour releases aromas of morello cherries & honey. These flavours are elegantly sustained by the finesse of the bubbles.
Cremant de Savoie

This elegant & lively sparkling white wine is produced in Jongieux which is located between Lac du Bourget and the river Rhône, approximately one hour thirty from Saint Martin de Belleville.
The Jacquère, Altesse and Pinot grapes are harvested by hand in the traditional way.
Aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and hazelnuts plus a little toasted note.
It's pale gold colour, fine and persistent bubble, brings a refreshing feeling of lightness.
Michel Malliard Champagne Cuvee Gregory

An exciting addition to our selection is this fantastic champagne, lovingly created by the third and fourth generations of the Malliard family.
The champagne is made with the juice from the first press of the Chardonnay grape.
It has a very fine sensation in the nose and the mouth with essence of minerals and white flowers, it is very smooth.
Essentially a great Aperitif but perfect for sharing anytime with great company.
